Flat monthly fee
Your first 5 leads are free. After that, one flat monthly fee keeps that website’s leads coming to you only.

- Every lead from the website you rent, sent to you and no other contractor
- Calls forwarded to your phone and form inquiries sent to you

- No setup fee, no per-lead charge and no percentage of the job
- No long-term contract. Cancel any time; the current month isn’t refunded.

1. Upfront price, paid to us
Building the website, its pages and quote forms, setting up Google Search Console, and moving the domain, website and phone setup into your own accounts.
2. Running costs, paid to providers
After handover you pay these directly on your own accounts, not to us: your yearly domain renewal, hosting (a website this size usually fits a free hosting plan) and your phone service. The website shows your own business number, or we move its existing number to your phone provider. Our call-handling features (voicemail transcription and missed-call text-back) aren’t part of the handover.
3. Optional ongoing support, quoted separately
Maintenance, content updates and support after handover aren’t included in the build price. If you want them, they’re available as a paid option, quoted separately.
