Why we built this

My name is Mark Hurson. I’ve spent over a decade in digital advertising — running campaigns, buying traffic, and watching the lead generation industry take contractors for a ride. The dominant model is broken: agencies charge retainers to run ads that stop the moment you stop paying, and lead brokers sell the same inquiry to four competitors and call it a “lead.” I’ve seen both sides of that equation, and neither works well for a small contractor.

The idea behind WeProvideLeads is simple. When a homeowner or business owner searches “roofer Guelph,” whoever shows up first gets a steady stream of real customers, month after month, without paying for ads. Most contractors don’t have the time or the specialized skill to get there themselves — and the usual alternatives are poor: pay an ad agency for clicks that may never convert, or buy shared leads that four competitors are calling at the same time. So instead of selling clicks or reselling leads, we do the work of getting found, and route the calls — the first 5 free, then to one contractor exclusively once they’ve gone exclusive for that trade.

The model has three steps.

• We build the website. Each site covers one trade and one territory — not a general directory.
• Homeowners and businesses find it. They search, land on a real local site, and call or fill out a form because they’re ready to hire, not just browsing.
• We route the inquiry. Your first 5 leads are free. After that, every qualifying inquiry from that site goes to you and only you.

One of our sites, GuelphDumpsterRental.com, went from no meaningful search visibility to the #1 organic Google result for “Guelph dumpster rental,” and is now running at roughly 30 bookings a month for its contractor partner. We publish the proof — a dated ranking screenshot and a redacted booking request — because you should be able to check the work before trusting the pitch.

Each is a standalone local website with unique content, local schema markup, a Google Business Profile, and Google Search Console verification. Several already rank at #1 or on Page 1 for their core search terms, and we publish those rankings openly because transparency is the whole point.

We deliberately don’t make promises about markets where we haven’t built inventory yet — the proof-based model only works if the sites are real and ranking, so we expand carefully, city by city and trade by trade.
