Most contractors want the leads and nothing else. Some want the asset — the domain, the phone number, the rankings, permanently. If that’s you, we build it and hand it over, and you own it outright.

We own a large number of trade-and-city sites that are already built, already live and already indexed by Google, with their own domain and their own tracked phone number. What they are missing is a verified Google Business Profile at a real local address — and that has to belong to a local business, which is where you come in. The build is done and the indexing is done. You take over the domain, the number and the site, and put your own verified profile behind it.
If we have nothing in your trade and city, we build it: we find and register the domain people actually search, write the pages, set up the tracked number and the lead forms, submit it to Google, and hand you the keys. This is the slower of the two routes, because a brand-new site starts from zero with Google.

This is a requirement, not an upsell, and it is the part people underestimate. Across the sites we run, the ones producing steady calls have a verified Google Business Profile and the ones producing nothing do not. It is the single biggest difference between a site that rings and a site that sits there.
Google will only verify a profile against a real business at a real address in that city, which means it has to be yours. We will give you the exact categories, service areas, description and photo list to use, and we will manage the profile for you afterwards if you want. But you create it, you verify it, and it stays in your name.
If you are not willing to do that, this is the wrong product for you — and renting exclusive leads from a site we already rank is almost certainly the better deal. We would rather say that now than take your money for a site that never rings.
A new site is live within days, but being live and being found are different things. From the point the Google Business Profile is verified, it typically takes 60 to 90 days before a new site produces a consistent flow of calls, and it climbs from there as the profile collects reviews.
Taking over a site we have already built shortens the front end of that, because the site is already indexed and already collecting search impressions — but it does not remove the wait entirely. Ranking on page one is work, not a switch, and most of these sites are not there yet. That is exactly why they are available.

Where a site already produces steady leads for a contractor who is paying for them, it is not for sale — selling it would mean cutting them off, and we will not do that.
