We own and operate local websites for specific trades and areas. When you take one on, its customer inquiries go directly to your business and no other contractor receives them. You pay a flat monthly fee.

How inquiries reach you
Each of our websites targets one trade in one city or area. When someone searches for that work, such as “basement waterproofing Cambridge” or “mold removal Guelph,” and finds our website, they read about the service and then call or send a request. They can be a homeowner or a business. Calls are forwarded to your phone, and form inquiries are sent to you with the details the customer provides.
These are regular (unpaid) Google results, not ads. We own the websites, so there’s no ad account for you to manage and no bidding against other contractors.
What counts as a lead
A lead is a call or form inquiry received through the website that includes a working contact method and a request related to your trade and area.
Spam, wrong numbers and out-of-area inquiries
Spam, duplicate inquiries from the same customer, and inquiries clearly outside your trade or area don’t count toward your free or paid leads. A wrong number or a call that isn’t asking about your service isn’t a lead, because it doesn’t include a request related to your trade. If you think a lead shouldn’t count, tell us within 5 business days of receiving it, with the details.
What exclusivity covers
During your free leads, and for as long as you’re current on the monthly fee, every lead from the website you rent goes to you only. We offer a website’s free trial to one business at a time. Exclusivity applies to that specific website. It doesn’t extend to other websites we operate, including other websites in the same trade or area. Exclusivity is included in the monthly fee; there’s nothing extra to buy.
Your 5 free leads
Your first 5 leads from a website are free: no cost, no credit card, no setup fee and no contract. They give you a first look at the kind of inquiries the website sends. How many leads arrive, and how quickly, varies by trade, area and season.
After the trial, and when billing begins
We quote the flat monthly fee for your trade and area in writing. Moving to the paid plan isn’t automatic: you’re billed only after you confirm you want to continue. Cancelling
There’s no long-term contract. You can cancel any time; the fee for the current month isn’t refunded.
Seeing how your website is doing
Before you start, we’ll walk you through the website for your trade and what it currently ranks for. Once you’re receiving leads, ask any time and we’ll send you a summary of the recent inquiries from your website. Rankings and inquiry volume vary by website and change over time, so we don’t promise rankings, jobs or a set number of leads.
