How WeProvideLeads Works
We don’t buy ads and resell clicks, and we don’t broker shared leads. We own the local websites that rank in Google for your trade in Guelph, Waterloo, Cambridge, Kitchener, and other Ontario communities — and we send the homeowners who find them to one contractor.
Most lead-generation companies fall into one of two camps. Ad agencies run paid campaigns and bill you for clicks, whether or not those clicks ever become customers. Lead brokers collect homeowner information and sell the same lead to four or five contractors at once, so you race competitors to the phone and win maybe one job in five. WeProvideLeads is built on a different model entirely.
We build and own the websites
We’ve built dedicated home service websites across Guelph, Waterloo, Cambridge, and Kitchener — one per trade, per city — with more Ontario communities in progress. These are real websites with unique content, blog posts, local schema markup, Google Business Profiles, and Google Search Console verification. They rank organically because we invested in them, not because we’re renting ad space. Several already sit at #1 or on Page 1 of Google for their core search terms.
Homeowners find us through Google
When a homeowner searches for a service — “basement waterproofing Cambridge,” “mold removal Guelph,” “Waterloo fencing” — our dedicated site for that trade and city ranks and they land on it. They read about the service, then call the number or fill out the contact form. That’s a fundamentally higher-intent action than clicking an ad: they searched, evaluated, and chose to reach out.
