2. They find the website
They land on a local website for that trade and area, read about the service, then call or send a request.
3. You get the inquiry
Calls are forwarded to your phone and form inquiries are sent to you. With exclusive leads, no other contractor receives them.

Is a website open for your trade and area?
Each of our websites works with one business at a time. Tell us your trade and area and we’ll confirm within one business day whether a website is available for exclusive leads, or whether we can build one you own.
Straight answers
What’s the difference between the two options?
With exclusive leads, we own and run the website and its inquiries go to your business for a flat monthly fee. With ownership, we build a website for your trade and service area and transfer it to you for an upfront price. Both are separate lead-generation websites, not a redesign of your current business website.
What counts as a lead?
A call or form inquiry received through the website that includes a working contact method and a request related to your trade and area. Spam, duplicate inquiries and requests clearly outside your trade or area don’t count toward your free or paid leads. If you think a lead shouldn’t count, tell us within 5 business days.
Are the leads exclusive to me?
Yes. During your 5 free leads and for as long as you’re current on the monthly fee, every lead from the website you rent goes to you only. We offer a website’s free trial to one business at a time. Exclusivity covers that website, not other websites we run in the same trade or area.
What happens after the 5 free leads?
We quote the flat monthly fee for your trade and area in writing. You’re only billed if you confirm you want to continue. There’s no long-term contract: you can cancel any time, and the current month isn’t refunded.
What does owning a website cost?
One upfront price to us, quoted in writing for your trade and area. After handover, you pay your own domain renewal and any hosting or phone costs directly to those providers. Ongoing updates and support aren’t included in that price; they’re available as a paid option, quoted separately.
Do you guarantee rankings or a number of leads?
No. Rankings and inquiry volume vary by website, trade and area, and change over time. Before you start, we’ll show you the website for your trade and what it currently ranks for.
How is this different from HomeStars or Thumbtack?
