1. Overview
These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the WeProvideLeads website at weprovideleads.com ("Site") and any lead generation services provided by WeProvideLeads ("we," "us," or "our"). By accessing this Site or engaging our services, you agree to these Terms.
2. Lead Generation Services
WeProvideLeads operates a network of local home service websites in Guelph and Wellington County, Ontario. We forward homeowner inquiries ("Leads") to contractor partners ("Clients") on a pay-per-lead basis. The specific terms of each lead delivery arrangement — including pricing, volume, trade category, and delivery method — are agreed upon separately between WeProvideLeads and each Client.
3. Lead Exclusivity
Where exclusivity is agreed to in writing, WeProvideLeads will not deliver leads from a given trade category and territory to more than one active Client. Exclusivity is limited to the specific category and geography outlined in the agreement and does not extend to other categories, regions, or platforms.
4. Lead Quality
WeProvideLeads makes reasonable efforts to ensure that leads represent genuine homeowner inquiries. However, we do not guarantee that every lead will result in a booking or completed job. Leads are defined as form submissions or phone inquiries received through our websites. Disputed leads must be raised within 5 business days of delivery with supporting detail.
5. Payment
Payment terms are set out in the individual service agreement with each Client. Invoices are due on receipt unless otherwise agreed. WeProvideLeads reserves the right to suspend lead delivery for accounts with overdue balances.
6. Use of the Site
You agree not to use this Site for any unlawful purpose, to submit false information, to attempt to reverse-engineer or scrape the Site, or to interfere with its operation. We reserve the right to refuse service to any party at our discretion.
7. Intellectual Property
All content on this Site, including copy, design, and code, is owned by WeProvideLeads or its licensors. You may not reproduce or redistribute any content without written permission.
8. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, WeProvideLeads shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of this Site or our services. Our total liability to any Client for any cause shall not exceed the total fees paid by that Client in the 30 days preceding the claim.
9. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Province of Ontario and the federal laws of Canada applicable therein. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Ontario.
10. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Site after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
