Terms of Service
1. Overview
These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the WeProvideLeads website at weprovideleads.com ("Site") and any lead generation services provided by WeProvideLeads ("we," "us," or "our"). By accessing this Site or engaging our services, you agree to these Terms.
2. Our Services
WeProvideLeads offers two services to contractor partners (“Clients”):
(a) Website Rental. We own and operate a network of local websites across Guelph, Wellington County, and other Ontario communities. We forward the homeowner and business inquiries received through a rented website (“Leads”) to the Client renting it. Each new Client receives their first 5 Leads from a website at no cost. After the free Leads are delivered, continued Lead delivery from that website requires a flat monthly fee, which varies by trade and is quoted to the Client in writing before any charge applies. WeProvideLeads owns the website at all times; renting a website does not transfer any ownership of it.
(b) Website Purchase. We build a local lead-generation website for a Client’s trade and service area, or sell the Client an existing website of ours that is not rented to another Client, for one upfront price quoted in writing. See Section 6.
3. Rental Exclusivity
During a Client’s free Leads, and for as long as the Client is current on the monthly fee, every Lead from the rented website is delivered to that Client only. We offer a website’s free trial to one prospective Client at a time. Exclusivity is included in the monthly fee. It applies to the specific website rented and does not extend to other websites we operate (including other websites in the same trade or area), or to other categories, regions, or platforms.
4. Lead Quality
WeProvideLeads makes reasonable efforts to ensure that Leads represent genuine homeowner or business inquiries. However, we do not guarantee that every Lead will result in a booking or completed job. A Lead is defined as a form submission or phone inquiry received through our websites that includes a working contact method and a request related to the Client’s trade and territory. Duplicate submissions from the same inquiry, spam, and inquiries clearly outside the Client’s stated trade or territory do not count toward a Client’s free or paid Lead total. Disputed Leads must be raised within 5 business days of delivery with supporting detail.
5. Payment
The first 5 Leads from a rented website are provided at no cost and with no credit card, setup fee, or contract required. After that, continued Leads from that website are billed at the flat monthly fee quoted to the Client in writing, with no per-lead or percentage-of-job charge. Enrollment in the paid plan is not automatic — a Client must confirm they want to continue before being billed. A rental may be cancelled at any time; the fee for the current month is not refunded. Invoices are due on receipt unless otherwise agreed. WeProvideLeads reserves the right to suspend Lead delivery for accounts with overdue balances.
6. Website Purchase
Price. A Website Purchase is one upfront price, quoted in writing before work begins. Once the purchase is complete, the Client makes no ongoing payments to WeProvideLeads.
Completion. A purchase is complete when the purchase price has been paid in full. Ownership is transferred only after completion.
What transfers. On completion, we transfer the website’s domain to the Client’s own domain registrar account and the website to the Client’s own hosting account. The website’s phone number is either replaced with the Client’s own business number or, where available, ported to the Client’s phone provider.
Running costs. From handover, the Client is responsible for all third-party costs, including domain renewal, hosting, and phone service. These are paid directly to those providers, not to WeProvideLeads.
Not included. Our call-handling features (voicemail transcription and missed-call text-back) are not part of the handover. Unless agreed in writing, the purchase price does not include ongoing maintenance, content updates, or support after handover.
No guarantee of results. WeProvideLeads does not guarantee search rankings, traffic, or the number or quality of inquiries a purchased website receives.
Google Business Profile. A Google Business Profile is not required. If the Client creates or connects one, Google’s own policies apply and the Client completes Google’s verification.
7. Use of the Site
You agree not to use this Site for any unlawful purpose, to submit false information, to attempt to reverse-engineer or scrape the Site, or to interfere with its operation. We reserve the right to refuse service to any party at our discretion.
8. Intellectual Property
All content on this Site, including copy, design, and code, is owned by WeProvideLeads or its licensors. You may not reproduce or redistribute any content without written permission.
9. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, WeProvideLeads shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of this Site or our services. Our total liability to any Client for any cause shall not exceed (a) for Website Rental, the total fees paid by that Client in the 30 days preceding the claim, or (b) for a Website Purchase, the purchase price paid for that website.
10. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Province of Ontario and the federal laws of Canada applicable therein. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Ontario.
11. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Site after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
